I have had this fund for three or four years.
It has outperformed almost every other fund I own,I hate to see the price fall so steep lately. I may have to sell come the first of the year.

Not only the 4.5% front end load
it has a managment fee of 0.70
12b1 is fee is 0.25
prospectus gross exp rate %1.29

It is a finacial advisors dream, (used car salesman!)401,ira, roth
And the fund managers make & even $ when you dont. And that includes your 401,ira, or roth positions that
you will never get your $ out of? Unless you live that long and just imagine what the tax rate will be when the dems get in? Hey they are even trying to figure out how to do the same thing on you as the are the oil companie & any company that makes $! Do you know what that is called? (Windfall tax)
Anyway you will be punshid for saving for your future as the ones that sit around and take your tax money will even get more.

This is a good fund but the LOAD is a killer.
I do not own this fund but my brother-in-law set up custodial accounts for my kids in this fund.
I am trying to get him to switch -- not because of the 4.5% load but because of performance.
I own 7 funds in my SEP IRA and this fund underperforms all of my funds.

I was very happy when my company began offering this fund as one of the options for our 401k plan. It has a 29% return for the year, and they get a 5-star rating from Morningstar. I've seen the fund manager, Bill Fries, on TV a few times, he really seems to know what he's talking about. I'm keeping this one in my portfolio for quite a while!

I moved a good chunk of my 403b into this also. Looks like a good fund accept it looks like it takes 4 or 5% charge but the rate of return is so high it still has great returns.

I'm trying to figure out which one is in my 401-k and I think this is it but I hope not. I'm worried about financials and real estate of course. I didn't think mine was weighted as heavy in financial sector though. If percentage of exposure is small it would be worth hanging onto though because the return has been so good that it should be sure to finish up well above returns from other funds I would think. I'm in at 90%. I'm still researching tho and will get back to the board... what are you thinking?...I blame central bankers and subprime defaults both. This is a mess but I would think the fund managers should address these concerns. My 401-k servicer didn't have a prospectus for me.
