I think its a good fund. I own it in my 401(k) account and anticipate retireing around 2040, so I'll let the fund manager work his magic. Target date funds are great for people who don't have the time or expertise to manage their retirement account. The fund is currently yielding a dividend off over 3%, which I really like along with the capital appreciation potential. Good luck.
