I think the deadline to opt out is Dec. 28...that is the date a request to opt out has to be received by the Notice Administrator in the case. I received information yesterday regarding the Yield Plus class action lawsuit. The Dec. 28 date was what was listed as the opt out deadline.


From what I have been reading on the Web, opting out could be a better deal dollarwise if you decide to file a claim with FINRA.
