Where is CNBC's reporting?     17-Oct-09 12:48 pm
I have yet to see any reporting on CNBC of the SEC action against Schwab.

Are they favoring Schwab because Schwab is a very big advertiser on their network?? They have never reported on the class action as far as I know.

Forbes reported that Schwab has paid out $21 million in the first half to settle arbitration cases. Given my personal treatment from their phony "Client Advocacy" group it's nice to know that they have paid out something - but that is their reported number - it could be higher. $21 million is still petty cash to them. They are definitely trying to get off cheap.

Have you all received your class action documentation? I received mine yesterday.

One last question. Could the SEC action lead to more payouts to investors beyond the class action?
