Could anyone say what a typical offer from Schwab to settle a case has been? I'm not sure if this is a percentage of the loss, or some other metric. I am trying to decide if I want to contact one of the law firms on this debacle, or speak to Schwab and see what they might counter with to keep me from joining a class action or individual suit. Would appreciate any information from those who might have settled with Schwab.
