Is this a Mutual Fund?

So from what I can tell, I send ProFunds $15,000 to open an account.
I would be inclined to open a money market account and then transfer the money to RRPIX.
-
However, I have the crazy notion that these shares could be purchased thru my regular broker.

Any comments?
