On November 15, 2007 The Perritt Funds made a distribution to shareholders of record on November 14, 2007. The Perritt MicroCap Opportunities Fund made an Ordinary Income Distribution of $0.30 per share and a Long Term Capital Gains Distribution of $4.47 per share. The Perritt Emerging Opportunities Fund made an Ordinary Income Distribution of $0.72 per share and a Long Term Capital Gains distribution of $0.87 per share.]]></description>
