I just read the request for me to get the contact information for OPCAX fools. I am at my home in PA, as soon as I return to my house in CA, I will post the contact info here.

I will also post some of the emails and letters that I have sent them.

Listen - I believe that there may be a shareholder class action. I have told OPCAX about this and of course they have ignored me. Albeit that I did get a letter from them, but I think it was more of a 'were here to help you' letter; basically blowing me off.

I know that their lawyers will point to the small print. But I would guess that most of you, like me, had the understanding that these funds were going to be at least insured A funds.

OPCAX seems to be going down I presume because of MBIA and AMBAC issues, but I have read several reports indicating that CA Muni's are NOT having possible underwriting reports. In fact, my understanding is that some of these Muni's are upset because they are having to pay exorbitant insurance fees. My suggestion is that we watch to see if the Muni's will win that fight.

I would be more than happy to look into the class action side against OPCAX if I get more feedback here.

Notice that Oppenheimer seems to be very quite on there bond funds??

I really would like to see these funds come back to nominal at least. So I don't want to give the impression that I want to see Oppenheimer burn, at least until we all get our share value back. LOL
