He must have, because 6 out of his top 10 holdings are Treasuries. And just those 6 take up 30% of the portfolio. They've been there at least 2 months, so he must've made that call earlier.

He was on CNBC again today. Said he's near- term bullish, but longer-term bear. Believes there will be a near-term bounce, but back down again next year.

Regardless of whether we reach new lows again, this fund will never make me poor. Any idea how old the manager is & if they have a good asst mgr to take over? I've seen good, low-volatility funds like PRWCX get new managers who increased the volatility & the fund got clobbered. Hope that never happens with GLRBX.
