In 2002 I was going to sell my heartland value shares. Glad I did not they soared 70 percent in 2003. Now I am not happy with their YTD return not their performance level compared to other small value funds. I am still going to hold on and see it as a buying opportunity. Remember small caps are out of flavor right now. But this will change when the economic climate is more stable.
