I dont own PTTDX, but looking at the profile they are similar with the same oustanding mngr. you may also want to look at PLMDX an all foreign mix of cash and bond positions. Its been great with the falling dollar. I think this has a lot of upside to go compared to HABDX with a bit more risk LOL
