This fund supposedly invest in the value stocks. All the subprime related exposure should have no impact on this fund. However, the fund manager mislead the investors by investing in some of the bad loans, which had no value at all.

I think as the fund investors, we should file law suite against this fund company and its manager for misrepresent the fund to its shareholders.
