Gateway has decided to sellout to a company that charges high fees and has the authority to change the investment strategy whenever it wishes, without needing the shareholders' consent. This indicates that the new company does not have the best interests of the shareholders in mind. I will therefore sell my shares, which I have been accumulating since 1995, sometime this week. This is greatly disappointing. Another solid, dependable investment destroyed by greed.
