Fidelity has a habit of changing managers in the sector funds. They last longer in bonds and some domestic I understand. I think the manager serves an apprenticeship at the fund or they move a manager into a fund that they may have run. One has to go my the long run track record of each fund which is based on the market. They probably have bench marks from other family similar funds to gauge performance.
