It has been terrible, but the last few weeks (about 4) show definite upward movement. Don't know enough to say if it should be recommended at this time. A lot of defensive sectors (those talked about) have not performed well during this downward period (consumer staples, etc,). Medical Dely is now moving above trend and above the upper Bollinger band. Make of it what you will. I made money in the past with Dely and sold it in Jan 06 at a hefty profit. For the past few years nada.
