Hi guys. Just wanted to fill you in on an idea of mine. For a very small portion of one's portfolio, I think I'm going to invest in the three worst performing Sector,Bond and International funds based on the previous years performance. Hold them for a year, then rotate. Similar to "Dogs of the Dow" but different of course. It seems like it's going to be:
1)
FUSFX Ultra-short bond (or as I like to call it, the SUB-PRIME bond portfolio!)
2)FJSCX Japan Small Companies-The fund everyone loves to hate....
3)Dum-du-dum-dum....FSVLX! Home Finance-so beaten to hell, it's almost hard for me to wait until Dec 31 to buy it!

BEAT OF LUCK TO EVERY ONE
