This fund topped at the beginning of Bush's administration and with good reason. Bush has been a death knell to biotech stocks with his stand on stem cell and other genetic cures. Now this fund has to work its way through an economic recession. Will someone please be kind to this industry and give the FDA more ability (money) to approve more life saving cures. Obama is starting off right my reversing everything that Bush administration legislated.
