This is probably the best of Fidelity's Financial funds (Brokerage too volitile) so if you wanna dip your toe in at this point...............could be another 20% more downside, so know what you have to lose, but I think the FED will be dropping money out of helicopters to keep Banks etc in decent shape no matter what.
