Its top-to-bottom loss 4Q 2008 was over -33%. Yes, that's not as bad as S&P 500's T-B loss of -51%+. But that's more than a balanced fund should lose. There's other good balanced funds that lost a lot less. Like OAKBX, GRSPX, & others.
