I just looked at the Morningstar website and found that the average investor return over 10 years was 4% a year. That figure takes into account the trading in and out of the fund that people did. Given that the market started that period as highly overvalued (October 1999 was near the peak of the bubble), that does not seem like a very good result for this bear fund. Sorry, but I must vote strong sell for this fund.
