I looked at the Prudent Bear Fund Website, and it says that an investor who invested $10,000 in December 1995, and then reinvested all distributions, would now be up to having only $11,087. : (
That comes out to less than 1% a year!!! You would think that the fund would have had some decent returns considering that the 14 year period included two separate huge market crashes. If the current market rally continues, this fund could soon be showing losses for that 14 year period! Sentiment : Strong Sell Rating :
