I wonder what they did with the MWP now that its gone. Assuming that they took cash + shares in MWE, they've got $8 million in cash and around 500,000 shares of MWE. I'll look forward to the next filing to see what election they made. You can get this from the SEC web site too. It's a little harder to find since FBR makes one filing for all its funds:
