This year hasn't been good when compared to other years or even when compared to similar funds in this category. This used to be the fund to own and hold. Been in for a number of years, but the news recently about a few things changing about this fund, has me questioning whether it is time to get out. If other funds in this category do 2x, 3x or 4x what FBR Small Cap has done at the end of the year, it will be a no brainer. Usually, this fund is doing 2x or better than other similar funds.... If the company doesn't start doing something, the overall consensus will be to flee.
