nope, you are wrong, the other person is correct, the gov doesn't use unemployment benefit rolls to determine the number of unemployed.... and his link is good... all you have to do is use your head and READ the answer to the FIRST question " 1.How the Government Measures Unemployment".......that might be a challenge for you.
