This fund is the greatest thing since the double short equity index ETFs, which were and still are the greatest thing since sliced bread..... Some day, of course, the double long ETFs will come into their own. Right now, most who know of these vehicles believe the double long ETFs are the greatest thing since sliced bread. But of course, they will not be again, until everyone believes the double short ETFs are the greatest thing since ....
Well, you know how contrarian investing goes... So any way, this double short treasury mutual fund is pretty great. No one likes a double short who believes past performance of treasuries (ala, past 25 years) means the next 25 years will be the same. Wow, imagine buying the double long ETF in 1982.... Anyway, with mega trends, that means the next 25 belong to another vehicle No one can catch the actual bottom. But I will venture we are closer to the bottom than we are to the top even if a bottom is still 6-12 months away, it will be a bottom.... and to anyone statistically minded, that tips the scales toward shorting if one has a 10 year horizon The common man can now build their own hedge fund.... and not have to pay 20% of the profits! Now, where was I? Oh yeah, these funds are the greatest thing since ...... The fact no one is posting here is quite comforting actually.... best to all Sentiment : Hold Rating :
