Well, here we are again in another market dip. Is it a good time to buy? YES! Just don't buy it all at once, since it could go lower still. I for one opened a position today and will add to it as (if/when) prices go down.

My logic? DJI is visiting the Nov lows, while the Nasdaq and S&P are resisting but could be there too soon, therefore confirming a downside bent. If that happens, the DXZLX will follow them lower.

On the other side the lower it goes the least likely it is to go much lower, so there is less risk in buying and more potential for an upside - good reasons to buy.

This is my logic for a short-term play, but this is also a good time to consider a smallish longer term position. Since I expect us to revisit this level several time this year, I believe there will be other chances to buy. However, since I can't be sure, opening a fractional position now is the way to eventually profit from this drop by locking in these prices.
