This chart shows that for the past 3 months DXZLX indeed is essentially a 2x fund. EWZ = +33%, DXZLX = +69%. I use EWZ (iShare MSCI Brazil) as my reference because DXZLX is heavily weighted towards Brazil.

One can argue about the absolute mathematics (as described in the article), but to me the only thing that counts is % gains versus losses, and a 51% gain in only 15 weeks (equivalent to an annual +177% gain!!!)is not worth over-analyzing. However, I do admit that such a huge rise cannot last forever, so one needs to BE READY TO SELL. Sentiment : Hold Rating :
