Isn't this fund geared more to income from RE than to capital appreciations? it gets the growth anyway, but leans toward the income properties, and that's why it has lagged some of the "go - go RE funds', but then has out performed at other times. More conservative, yet good overall risk adjusted rewards. Am I right, or WHAT?
