Part of the reason is that AWP is a closed end fund, and as such can sell at a share price that is at a discount or premium to its net asset value. In December, AWP was selling at a 14% discount to net asset value. Now, it is selling at a 4% discount to net asset value. That seems to be reflected in the two charts of EGLRX and AWP that you give a link to in your post.
