Typically technical analysis applies more to stocks than funds, but since this fund mostly consists of stocks I suppose it can be applied loosely.

We are approaching a crossroads where a change of direction could emerge. Each new leg down is shorter then the one before, similar to the pattern where each up leg got shorter until it took a drive back in November.

The moving average suggest momentum is still downward, but a close above 16 in the next 2 weeks would be significant. I'm still long term bullish, and I still expect the year to end with a loss but the trend appears to be losing steam in the downward direction.

Crossing over the moving average at this juncture would be a good buying signal to bargain hunters. This fund still maintains a 28% average return over 3 years, but the ride is bumpy for sure.
