Since before the reverse split. I'm a trader and I can tell anyone holding this that the fund has finally crossed over the 50 day moving average going up. This is now out of the water and a buy/hold.
I would say it's a sell at the 200 day moving average for those who hate this and want out. here is a chart as to what I'm saying.
