BUT to answer the OP's question: I have been putting $350 every month into an ira with this fund for 3 years. I am currently down 31% overall, but within the past 6 months it has rebounded up quite a large portion. Although it has a way to go to get back where it was the fund is definitely headed in the up direction!

Another side note to consider, if you are a younger investor try ithax as it is a much more aggressive fund. Or stay in this as it is generally a more stable fund for middle aged people.
