What is Access Flex Bear doing?     10-Apr-08 12:59 am    
Does anyone know how this fund is investing now? According to summary info it's portfolio is 99.64 cash. If in cash, how do they make money in a declining bond market? Everything I can see indicates the high yield bond market is falling, so shouldn't this fund be doing well?
