ADVDX is in a trading range for the rest of this year and into 2010. The top of the range appears to be $5.25 (+/- a few pennies), while the bottom of the range appears to be $4.75 (+/- a few pennies). The equilibrium (steady-state) NAV is $5.00. Once the individual investor is convinced that the economy is growing again, that jobs losses have stopped and in fact are gaining ground, that home prices (new and existing) have stabilized or are growing, then we can expect growth in ADVDX's NAV above $5, as those individual investors climb back into the market.

In the meantime, accumulate shares from dividend reinvestment to take advantage of future growth in NAV.
