Below Average??....This is a truly strange fund...it has always sucked...almost like the goal/objective was mediocrity...They should have folded this thing years ago....You could do better with the mason jar in the back yard....sad...very poor excuse for active fund management. Makes you wonder what the hell they're thinking/smoking.
Started off with a thumbs up from Louis Reukhiser(sp) 10 years ago....dead money ever since.
