I cannot believe the Chicken Littles running this fund to 0. These are government Muni Bonds for pete's sake. Paid by California taxing athority. Heck on the Nov 4 election propositions were approved raising sales tax rates. The folks in Calif do not even mind paying increased taxes.

These bonds are safe as a mattress. Heck, I think I am going to buy more.

What a haircut. Glad this was my 'secure' holding in my portfolio.

I think the only secure place for my money to be is under a mattress.

I am a long term holder. I can live with the drop, but strangely, the yield is not going up while it drops. How can this be? It's like the principal is evaporating. I also own NVC (a Nuveen closed-end CA muni fund). It is dropping too, but its yield is going way up, in tandem with the drop, as one would expect.

don't get me wrong. THIS IS A GREAT FUND, ONE OF THE VERY BEST IN ITS CLASS, BUT YOW! This drop is beginning to be a little scary, as is much of the rest of the bond market. I guess AHNOLD is working out as Great for CA as we all thought he was a while back. Recall Ahnold, bring back Gray!
