That is what I want to know. Is there even a manager for this fund anymore? I need to get back to the high 10's just to break even. Does anyone have any info on why this fund is acting so p!ss poor? My 1st anniversary as an investor is this month, & thats how long Ive owned this fund.
ETF expenses are much lower than mutual funds. You can also trade anytime without the hassle of waiting until end of day and several days for settlement. I compared the charts for TWMIX, VWO, & EEM and volatility is about the same with better returns on ETF's. You also avoid the advisor fee which is like throwing money out the window for active traders. Albeit, advisors do help folks that don't have a good grasp on the markets. I just would like to find one that beats the market averages. Here is some data on above funds:
	twmix	eem	vwo

1 year	48.8%	56.6%	57.3%
Exp	1.8%	0.7%	0.3%

BTW, I could not make a TWMIX trade at Fidelity. I plan to hold my current position as TWMIX is a good core holding to leave alone for the long term.

Today while checking yearend distributions on my other funds when I clicked on TWMIX it stated "You are able to contribute to this fund since you have an account opened prior to XX November XXXX" and then it accepted a purchase at the minimum $2500.

So there is some grandfather clause that avoids Advisor class.

What is the yearly expense ratio for the Vanguard fund you mention? I believe TWMIX is 1.8%

I just love this. All their loyal investors are now left out in the cold. So much for American Century and all their other funds.

I discovered the change when I tried to add to my existing holdings. That turned out to be good news because I did more research and discovered Vanguard Emerging Markets (VWO)that is not only commission free but out performs TWMIX. Why bother paying high commissions to advisors when you can do much better in the ETF market?

ETF's trade like stock, have significantly lower expense and have all the safety of mutual fund diversification with no penalties. Comments please.
