Pump it up first in order to unload a couple of million shares?
KRE looks weak relative to everything else in the market and it may have broken somebody's idea of support. If it goes much lower it could get ugly. If it holds this area (say no more than $.50 more or so lower) then it could hit $25. Otherwise, a test of the bottom of the channel or even lows is not out of the question. Rating :
