Since the DBC seems to consist of futures contracts with varying expiration dates, are there similar problems as seen with UNG? That is does DBC have to roll over into new futures contracts of the same commodity at expiration? Do they do this in a manner that seeks to maintain the same portfolio percentages? Do they vary the expiration maturities in a manner that allows searching out more attractive opportunities while still maintaining the approx. mandated portfolio composition (i.e., oil vs ag comodities?).

The DBC is presently trading relatively close to NAV, is that historically the case?
