Supposed to determine water in soil, salinity in ocean and help in weather prediction and managment of water for things like irrigation. The area of water management is starting to get more attention, which is a good idea. The world leaders and UN know the investment in water for irrigation and potable uses has to increase. Still wating for this sector to take off.
