Mostly China and India but others as well have neglected attending to water issues to some extent. At some point in time China and India will give some priority to water issues and demand for equipment, materials, etc will spike. Countries including in N.America cannot ignore water infrastructure builds and repair for much longer without significant negative consequences. If a number of countries rush to deal with old systems or new needs at the same time it will amplify the spike in this sector. jmho.
