30,000 shares were traded at 9:38am. I can only assume there was a sell "at market" order placed and with limited trade volume on some of these ETFs it had to reach down really low to pick up lower bid orders in order to fill it. Fortunately it has recovered. I do see this rather frequently. It happened on another buy order I had in for PCA a while back and again I got a really good price right at the open with a buy order.
