I am watching MVV realtime BID/ASK transactions.

The bid right now is 31.29 with many shares bidding
in the $31 range.

The ask is 31.34 with many shares asking over that
value.

BUT the transactions that are happening are in the
$30 range the last being 30.86.

I always thought that a market buy order would fill
at the ask and a market sell order would sell at the
bid.

What is happening here? Is is different with ETFs???
