I'm getting a bit tired of the government intervention in the stock market that seems to be happening every couple of days now. There was no reason for the XLI to rise today in the face of a $5 jump in crude, as the industrials are the most vulnerable to profit squeeze from inflation on the one hand, and a global slow-down on the other. Government or no-government bail-out, the XLI has further to fall.
