"One ounce of gold now buys a huge 62 ounces of silver. Silver is dirt cheap compared with gold." SLV closed at $17.14 today.

Bernanke's quantitative easing has created a flood of fiat money that is turning everything into the "new parade of bubbles," and this includes the stock market and many commodities.

However, the bond market may being saying enough of the quantitative easing. $USB (30 Year U.S. Treasury Bond) closed at 118 today, anything <115 and the bond is saying interest rates will rise. This might put an end to the commodity "bubble."

I have a "buy" rating on SLV, but with the caveat that if and when interest rates start to rise next year, commodities could be hit.
