1)Raytheon deal gives credibility. Banks/financing more easier to deal with. Catapults company forward in prospective contract negotiations.

2)Increased reach. Raytheon sales team already trained on ICOP suite of products. Raytheon will be selling ICOP products globally. They are currently already doing so.

3)Expect topline to increase. As ICOP products are re-branded as Raytheon.

4)Stable margins. Margins on this deal will remain more or less the same as currently existing.

5)Immediate impact. Expect to announce first 2 sales deals soon. First deal within a month. **Stock could spike on such news** ;-)

6)Investor interest. 4 investors on Q&A section of conference call. Asking q's on Raytheon deal and progress on Saudi deal. Congratulated management for successfully negotiating deal with Raytheon. These investors acknowledged how hard it is to for a small company like ICOP to break it into a top company like Raytheon.

7)Not an overnight stand. This is a multi year deal.

8)One investor at CC said "Let's make money in coming quarters". ;-)

9)On closing conf call, management acknowledged that in the past investors have been disappointed as expected sales haven't materialized. They understand the frustation. This time things will be positive. Very optimistic about coming qtrs & 2010.

10)Management said it was a tough selection process by which ICOP got chosen over other competitors.
