Over the past 3 years OATS has lost $33.3 million. That is a fact and is not disputable. Last year OATS made an "incredible" profit of $3.2 million on $1.1 billion in sales for a profit margin % of a puny .3%. This is a fact and is not disputable.

Yes, OATS stock has traded up over the past year. Congratulations. However, the stock performance hasn't correlated with the actual economic performance of the company. This is a fact and is not disputable. What then is the cause of the excellent stock performance over the past year? I've already given you the reason, but you simply don't like it or recognize its truth: Ron Burkle's investment and speculation of a buyout of the company. If/when that buyout doesn't materialize over the next few years or Burkle actually sells his position, the stock will fall back down and will once again correlate to the actual economic performance.
