As a "bear" on USNA(I'm long May, July and October puts and short stock, I'm not a shareholder of Usana(and Stanley Sargoy is a screen name) and have no right to ask questions of Dr. Myron Wentz or David Wentz), I wanted to put forth the following proposed questions for someone with standing to ask, as a shareholder or media, at the upcoming Annual Meeting:

1. Dr. Wentz, is it true that you renounced your United States citizenship?

2. Is it true that your principal reason for renoucing your United States citizenship was tax planning, meaning avoiding paying US taxes? If not, what was your principal reason for renouncing your United States citizenship?

3. Is it true that you and your son own Sanoviv Medical Insitute in Rosarito, Mexico?

4. Is it true that Sanoviv sells online a competing line of vitamins and supplements (see www.sanoviv.com and click on Sanoviv Store) without disclosure to Usana Associates and shareholders?

5. Is it true that you, Dr. Wentz, claim you and Sanoviv can cure every disease from Autism to Cancer to Alzheimer's to Parkinson's by nutrition, intravenous chelation therapy, and colonics?

6. Is it true that you claim to have made "revolutionary discoveries" in treating every disease?

7. Is it true that you have never published any of your purported "discoveries" in any peer-reviewed medical or scientific journal?

8. Is it true that Usana helped finance Sanoviv but received no equity in Sanoviv?

9. Is it true that Sanoviv charges its patients approximately $10,000 per week?

10. Is it true that almost all Associates fail within one year? Is that what you tell prospective Associates at your "Opportunity Meetings" to induce them to become Associates or Distributors?

Remember I'm a "bear" so take it with the proverbial grain of salt, but I bet a great many of you Associates and shareholders are hearing these questions for the first time. Ask Dr. Wentz and his son David if these are indeed true facts, and eveyone can draw his or her own conclusions.
