Nope, you got your facts straight. SPWR is on the SHO list, and SPWR shorts have to cover their SPWR A shorts - or maybe the stock is being bought in for compliance reasons. SPWRV (Class B) has 8x as much voting rights as the SPWR (Class A) - and this will last for 2-years minimum per SEC filings. Rating :
