Sam E has pointed out to me that I am libeled in Deepcapture by the completely false claims that:

1. I file bogus class actions against public companies targeted by short sellers, and

2. Barry Minkow publishes negative reports against public companies targeted by me.

I have never filed a bogus class action in my career. I'd like to know the name(s) of the bogus class actions I filed against companies targeted by short sellers.

Barry Minkow picks his own targets without any input from me.

My response is essentially amazement at how it appears that Mark Mitchell is delusional.

However, the blatant anti-Semitism of Patrick Byrne is nauseating.

Each and every target of Deep Capture is Jewish. Each is "connected" to other Jews "connected" to organized crime. It's all a vast conspiracy by the Jews.

The Jews control Wall Street, the US government, and the world. The Jews own every business on the planet except Overstock. The Jews of course control the media.

We even control the men in Armani suits and Russian strumpets.

Aside from my association with Sam E. Antar and Barry Minkow, I have life-long close associations with other Jews, including my parents and relatives, my Talmud Torah rabbis, etc.

One of my uncles grew up on the Lower East Side with Meyer Lansky. Another of my uncles once wore an Armani suit. Tellingly, I myself frequent bookstores.

The stark truth is that Barry Minkow, Sam E. Antar and I conspired with Jack Ruby and the Lubavitcher Rebbe to assasinate JFK. We had nothing against JFK, but it had been such a long time since we killed Jesus that we were bored silly and needed some action.

The bottom line is that Patrick Byrne, Judd Bagley and Mark Mitchell are delusional anti-Semitic bigots.

I'm sure they agree that the Holocaust never happened, and the claims to the contrary reflect that the Jews control the media.
